What this retreat is
One day to heal, create, and connect.
This is a scheduled, all-inclusive one-day group retreat — distinct from our custom retreats. Everything is arranged for you: two nourishing meals and snacks, and a full day of healing, creativity, and connection at the sanctuary. You simply arrive.
From nine in the morning until ten at night you'll move through an interactive art workshop, an Energetic Life session, a sound bath, and an evening sky watch — then gather around the fire pit for singing and dancing under the stars. Every part of the day is held by Dr. Melanie and the practitioners she has known and trusted for years.
